Adult Dosing

  • Hyperuricemia due to tumor lysis syndrome: 0.2 mg/kg IV over 30 minutes daily for up to 5 days

Pediatric Dosing

  • 0.2 mg/kg IV over 30 minutes daily for up to 5 days
