Special Populations

  • Pregnancy Rating: C, adverse events have been seen in animal studies
  • Lactation risk: Excreted in breast milk, not recommended by manufacturer.

Hepatic Dosing

  • Adult: contraindicated in liver disease
  • Pediatric: contraindicated in liver disease
