Finding the regiment of a German soldier who died in WW1

I am looking for any information on Bernhard Hülhs ( Hüls ) born in Gleussen in Bayern Germany on 11/8/1881. I know he was in the German Military between 1903 and 1905. He lived in England for several years but returned to Germany at the outbreak of war . He died on 2/11/1914 in Zillebeke, Belgium in the first battle of Ypres and is buried at Langemark .i know nothing else. Just wondered if anyone has any ideas as to where to look. He is my new Grandson's Great great great Grandfather.
