Vicifons, fontes liberi!

Wikisource is a treasure trove of texts written in every language, which are in the public domain or published under the Creative Commons license. The site is part of the Wikimedia family, together with the sister site Wikipedia. As of this moment there are 5 599 pages in the Latin Wikisource. Our help pages are limited and mostly in Latin; however there are detailed help pages on each of the major modern languages linked in the sidebar to the left. N.B. not all of the functions nor rules of those sites may apply here. If you have difficulty, please ask a question on our Scriptorium or on IRC: #wikisource (webclient). If you wish to experiment please use our trial page.

Please only add texts here that are in Latin. For other languages please click on the links in the sidebar to the left.

Warning: No copyright (©) violations!
Add whatever you find worthy and boldly make changes to the work others have already done if you believe it will improve this site.
