I have bought a bits set and there is this bit:
It is a Y shaped bit, and there is a groove on the inside of the branches. The angle is approximatively 90˚ (a little more).

8How have I never come across this bit before!? I've bent way too many crappy screwdrivers twisting in eye hooks. – DA01 – 2012-11-12T19:36:20.960
My sister's plant pot hangers love me... Once you've used the hook driver, you'll never go back. – Fiasco Labs – 2012-11-12T20:34:00.637
1@DA01: Screwdriver? no, no ... you chuck a screw hook into the drill (hook side out), and use that. – Joe – 2012-11-13T03:46:22.843
I tried it this morning, and it works perfectly. But on some eye bolts, there is thin layer of white plastic (I don't know the exact nature or term for it) that get damaged in the process. – alecail – 2012-11-13T11:53:32.840
2I always predrill the hole, and then driving it by hand is easy. – Jay Bazuzi – 2012-11-14T18:24:13.020
1Wow, a bit for eye hooks! I've always used pliers and could never imagine there was a bit for that. – sharptooth – 2013-01-18T08:51:57.107
If the screw-in action is too difficult, try rubbing the thread along a bar of soap first. Works with screws, too. – Torben Gundtofte-Bruun – 2013-01-23T21:02:47.933

Also can be used for wing nuts.
Re. your edit: "shaped" is actually the correct word to use here, not "shape" – Niall C. – 2013-02-12T15:10:41.647
@NiallC. OK I canceled my edit. As a non-native speaker I trusted the wording on Tester101's answer - which happens to be wrong.. – alecail – 2013-02-12T16:29:03.897
